Two different things, governed separately
This page covers business personal data: your name and email when you request a demo, and website analytics. Protected health information we process for a covered entity is governed by the Business Associate Agreement with that customer, not by this page. Where the two ever conflict, the BAA wins.
Who we are
RapydKlaims is operated by a company founded and run by Aryan Seth. Reach us at privacy@rapydklaims.in. We will publish the registered entity and address here once incorporation is settled, rather than listing one that is not accurate today.
What we collect from this website
Your name, work email, organisation and anything you choose to write when you request a demo or email us. Plus aggregate analytics: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region and device type. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
Protected health information
PHI is processed only under a signed BAA and only for the purposes set out in it. Encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or better. Never sold, never shared for marketing, and never used to train models that serve another customer.
Before a BAA is in place, we do not accept PHI at all. Pilots run on de-identified or consented data. Please do not email us patient information: this website is not a secure channel and we will ask you to resend it properly.
Patient rights requests
If you are a patient asking about your own records, your provider is the covered entity and the request goes to them. We act on their instruction and cannot release records directly. Tell us anyway if you are stuck and we will help route it.
Subprocessors
Cloud hosting, a document storage layer and an email provider, each under contract and each covered by our BAA chain where PHI is involved. Named on request, and this page is updated before any is added.
How long we keep it
Demo and marketing contacts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Platform records follow the retention schedule in your contract, and we return or destroy PHI at the end of an engagement as the BAA requires.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at privacy@rapydklaims.in. We respond within 30 days.
Breach notification
If we discover a breach affecting your data, we notify you without unreasonable delay and within the timelines HIPAA sets, with what we know and what we are doing about it.
